This information is stored only on your device using standard iOS storage. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. We have no ability to access it. If you delete the app, this information is removed with it.

Purchases

Fretboard Matrix offers a one-time lifetime unlock and a monthly subscription. All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details, card numbers, or billing address.

Apple provides us with aggregated, anonymized sales and download reports that cannot be used to identify individual customers. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Fretboard Matrix does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because no data is collected from any user, the app does not knowingly collect data from children.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data, because we do not collect any. There are no third parties with access to information from this app.

Your Rights

Privacy regulations such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a company holds about you. Since we hold no personal data about you whatsoever, there is nothing for us to retrieve or delete. Data stored on your own device can be removed at any time by deleting the app.

Changes To This Policy
